"The location is perfect to visit the city on foot, the receptionist was kind and available to accommodate our requests, the AC was essential in the room since we visited Madrid at the end of July, finally there is the possibility to leave the luggages to the reception both before (for free) and after (paying just 1€ per luggage) the stay."
